DOES CANESS OFFER A TASTING MENU, AND HOW LONG DOES THE EXPERIENCE TAKE?

Caness offers an $95 per person tasting menu featuring the chef’s choice of signature Middle Eastern and Mediterranean tapas. Most guests spend 1.5 to 2 hours dining in Paddington with us, and seating times for all bookings run up to two hours.
DOES CANESS CATER TO DIETARY REQUIREMENTS AND ALLERGIES?

Caness can accommodate most dietary requirements with at least 48 hours’ notice. Please flag any dietary needs when booking and remind staff on arrival. Our Middle Eastern and Mediterranean tapas kitchen handles common allergens, so we cannot guarantee allergen-free dishes. Guests with severe allergies should dine with caution.
DOES CANESS OFFER WINE PAIRINGS?

The Caness drinks list is curated by an experienced sommelier and inspired by bodegas along the Mediterranean coast, making us a wine bar in Paddington for relaxed pours. The list ranges from easy-drinking pours to premium bottles. Staff recommend pairings on the day, and set wine pairings are available for group dining and venue hire.
CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?

Caness does not offer BYO. As a fully licensed restaurant and wine bar in Paddington, we have our own curated drinks list of cocktails, sommelier-selected wines inspired by the Mediterranean coast, and non-alcoholic options. No corkage fee applies because BYO is not available.
