On Sunday 24 May, we’re celebrating with a full venue takeover — with exclusive plates, pours, live jazz, and everything in between.
We’re joined by special guest chefs — Chef Damir Mujanic (OzHarvest), Chef Vinicius Oliveira (ex-Bar Vincent & 1884 by Francis Mallmann) & Chef Diego Duarte (Shaffa) — each bringing their own take on the classic Spanish Bocadillo.
A one-day-only menu shaped by our Spanish influence. A room of those who made it happen. A day made for mingling and staying a while.
